newbb电子平台 collects and verifies credentials/qualifications for faculty and instructional personnel through Watermark’s 教师的成功 software system.
What is Watermark’s 教师的成功?
Watermark’s 教师的成功, formerly known as Digital Measures, is a digital tool intended to collect and house important data for the University. 水印学院成功 organizes and builds reports on teaching, research, and service activities. This allows users to keep track of their activity information.
Academic units across newbb电子平台 have utilized 教师的成功 for a variety of reasons including (but not limited to) tracking research, tracking faculty contributions, and building annual evaluation documents.
How are we using Watermark’s 教师的成功 to track credentials and qualifications?
Higher Learning Commission (HLC) 认证指南 assumes institutions demonstrate that their faculty and instructional personnel who deliver college-level content for their institution are appropriately qualified to do so in accordance with clear policies and consistent procedures.
Through a partnership between the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost, University 人力资源 (UHR), and the Office of Information Technology (OIT), newbb电子平台 uses Watermark’s 教师的成功 system as the primary tool for (1) collecting faculty and instructional personnel credentials and (2) verifying that credentials qualify faculty to teach assigned courses.

What information and evidence do I need to provide?
In the Watermark’s 教师的成功 system, individuals should provide/verify contact information, academic position information, details about the current appointment (including a curriculum vita), and academic credentials (including qualifying transcripts). Depending on the qualification pathway, individuals may also need to include information about prior work experience, 许可, 认证, 等.
学术单位领导(e.g., department chairs/school directors, 副院长, or proxies) should verify qualifications to teach assigned courses for individuals through academic credentials, 等效的经验, 或经过测试的经验.

When do I need to submit my materials?
Individual faculty (or proxies) are responsible for providing information in Watermark’s 教师的成功 (including curriculum vita and official/unofficial transcripts) no later than 2024年4月15日.
学术单位(e).g., department chairs/school directors, 副院长, or proxies) are responsible for verifying that faculty and instructional personnel credentials meet minimum qualifications to teach assigned courses no later than 2024年8月15日.

教师的成功 uses existing newbb电子平台 single sign on (SSO). Log in using your newbb电子平台 username (the part of your e-mail address that comes before @俄亥俄州.Edu)和密码.
