卡莉小树

卡莉小树 joined the 总统办公室 in August 2022. 作为参谋长, Carly is charged with managing the 总统办公室, serving as a liaison to students, 教师, 工作人员, and other members of our community, and working with the University community to move strategic initiatives forward.

Prior to her role in the 总统办公室, Carly served as the Associate Vice President of Communications in University Communications and Marketing (UCM), where she led media relations and internal communications for the University since 2016.

Before returning to her alma mater, Carly served as a communications consultant for the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio and as marketing director at The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center. She has a long history of public service, including holding key roles at the Ohio Department of Insurance and the Ohio Department of Education. She began her career as a producer and anchor at WSYX-TV and WBNS 10-TV in Columbus. 

Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from newbb电子平台’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and a Master of Business Administration from 俄亥俄州’s College of Business.

乔安娜·斯托

乔安娜·斯托 joined the 总统办公室 in July of 2019. In her role as the 总统助理, she is responsible for managing the President's calendar, 旅行和通信. She first began working for newbb电子平台 in 2006 as a procurement specialist for Culinary Services She went on to serve as an accounting specialist for the Division of Finance before joining the Division of Student Affairs, where she held multiple positions.

Joanna, who is from the 雅典 area, enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

马特·汤姆森

马特·汤姆森 joined the 总统办公室 in November 2023 as the Director of Presidential Events. 在这个角色中, he is tasked with overseeing all events planned on behalf of the President and serving as the advisor to the 俄亥俄州 Presidential Leaders student organization.

Prior to assuming his role in the 总统办公室, Matt held the position of Associate Director of Membership Services for the Ohio Bobcat Club. 以这种身份, he was responsible for orchestrating all events and fostering engagement for 俄亥俄州 体育运动 with an emphasis on alumni and donor audiences. 前这, he served as the Program Manager for the newbb电子平台 CoLab and the Center for Entrepreneurship. 在这个角色中, Matt successfully managed a 10,000 square foot student innovation center, concentrating on elevating student engagement levels to further the missions of 俄亥俄州.

Matt is a proud alumnus of newbb电子平台, having earned his Masters of Education in College Student Personnel in 2013. 自毕业, he has held various positions across the campus, showcasing his dedication to the University's goals and objectives.

艾米鳟鱼

艾米鳟鱼 joined the 总统办公室 in January 2019.  在这个角色中, she manages special initiatives and supports the 总统办公室 with the administration of ongoing programs and projects.

在担任这个角色之前, Amy served as the Executive Assistant to three Directors of 体育运动 at newbb电子平台, assisting with day-to-day responsibilities, while working on special projects, 合同, 活动策划.  She also served as a liaison between the 体育运动 Director and various entities on and off campus.

Amy has over 20 years of higher education experience, holds a Bachelor of Science in sport science, and a Master of Science in education and sport pedagogy, 都来自newbb电子平台.  A native of Watertown, New York, she enjoys spending time with her family.

尼克Claussen

尼克Claussen joined the 总统办公室 in June 2019 as an Executive Communications Specialist. 2021年12月, his role was expanded and he now serves as an Organizational Communications Specialist. 在这个角色中, he works for University Communications and Marketing while continuing to assist the 总统办公室 with communications.

Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from newbb电子平台 in 1992 and has 30 years of experience in communications.
